Oregon law allows a “political contributions tax credit”
of up to $100 on a joint return or up to $50 on all other types of tax
returns. You can reduce the taxes you owe to Oregon by up to $100 every
year, depending upon your contributions history and the type of return
you file. Please read your current Oregon tax form directions to determine
if you can utilize this credit for your contributions during the past
year.
